Daily sacred grounding

The Body
and Beyond

Come back to your body. Leave with clarity.

A retreat at Amate Camp · Tepoztlán, Mexico
29 April – 2 May 2027 · 3 nights

The body

Your body
already knows.

You've done the thinking. Now it's time to feel it. Four days to move what's stuck, breathe, and come back to what's true for you.

Movement

Yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork

Ceremony

Temazcal, cacao, sound healing

Food

Plant-based, local, organic

The space

Mountains, garden, natural pool

The place

A place that
grounds you.

Amate Camp sits at the foot of the Tepoztlán mountains, 1.5 hours from Mexico City. Wood, earth and palm. A yoga shala facing the sunrise, a natural pool, gardens full of fruit trees, and the whole camp just for our group.

The ceremonies

Rooted in tradition.
Lived in the present.

Each ceremony comes from the living traditions of this land, shared with care and with the people who keep them.

Temazcal

The traditional sweat lodge. Heat, breath, and letting go of what you carry.

Cacao

Warm cacao, shared in a circle. A moment to land and say what you came for.

Sound healing

Bowls and vibration, guided by me. You lie down, you listen, your body does the rest.

Movement

Yoga, Qi Gong and breathwork every day. Moving, not performing.

The four days

Four days, one rhythm.

Move, open, release, return. With real time to rest in between.

Times may shift a little with the group and the weather.

Your guide

I'll be with you
the whole way.

I'm Adèle Sevanche. I teach in five-star hotels like Eden Rock and Four Seasons, and I work with people who've done years of inner work but still feel stuck.

I trained in Bali, Costa Rica, French Polynesia, Sri Lanka and England, and in Mexico, where my path became clear. I read what your body is holding, and I tell you the truth, with care.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?

No. Everything is open to all levels. You move at your own pace, and I adapt each practice to the group.

How do I get there?

Fly into Mexico City. A shared shuttle leaves Mexico City at 10:00 on Thursday 29 April and brings you back on Sunday 2 May, leaving Amate Camp at 17:00. We'll send you the exact meeting point before the retreat.

What will we eat?

The kitchen is 100% plant-based, local and organic, much of it from Amate Camp's own gardens. After booking, you'll fill in a short form about allergies and food needs.

Is the temazcal for everyone?

The temazcal is hot and intense. If you're pregnant, or have a heart condition or high blood pressure, tell us when you book and check with your doctor. You can always join the other ceremonies.

What should I bring?

Nothing special. Everything you need for the practices is there.

How does booking work?

Choose your room and pay a 25% deposit to reserve your place. The remaining 75% is due two months before the retreat.

What's included in the price?

Your room for 3 nights, every class and ceremony, plant-based meals, the shuttle from Mexico City and back, the team on site and tips. There's nothing to pay once you're there.
